Give One of Our Dogs a Forever Home

Every dog in our breeding program is loved long before you ever meet them — and that love doesn’t stop when their time in our program comes to an end. When one of our beloved parent dogs is ready to retire, we look for a loving family to give her the forever home she deserves.

Adopt a Retiring Bernedoodles & Co. Dog

From time to time, one of our parent dogs reaches the end of her breeding career and is ready to retire into a full-time family pet home. These are dogs who have already given so much — they deserve a soft landing in a home where they’re spoiled, not worked.

Our retiring dogs are:

– Up to date on veterinary care and vaccinations

– Well-socialized, calm, and used to children, other pets, and everyday household life

– Matched carefully with the right family — not just the first applicant

What to Expect

Our mom dogs typically retire between 3 and 5 years old, after having 3 to 4 litters. Once a mom’s time in our breeding program is complete, she’s ready to become someone’s full-time, forever pet.

We don’t always have a retiring dog ready to place, but we keep a waitlist of approved families so we can match quickly when the time comes. Adoption fee for retired dogs is $800. We also ask you to sign a contract where you agreed to spay/neuter our dog within 6 month of adoption and share certificate with us once completed.
